2. Squid and Chicken Sauce Pizza
Ingredients
Dough:

6. A red bell pepper, thinly sliced
7. A yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced

How to Make:
1. Make pizza
sauce by sautéing garlic and onion until fragrant; add tomatoes, sauce, salt,
pepper, basil, oregano and water. Then cook until boiling.
2. Once cooked, divide sauce into 2 parts. Heat Teflon over low heat, pour the half sauce, then add the squid and one tbsp. of water, cook until done.
3. Heat the remaining sauce on top of Teflon; add the chicken, and one tbsp. of water. Cook until done.
4. Make Dough by mixing yeast and 75 ml of warm water, and stir. Then let stand for 15 minutes.
5. Mix the flour with salt in a bowl. Then pour the yeast of water and warm water. Stir and add olive oil slowly until all mixed.
6. Save for 1 hour until the dough rise.
7. Take the dough and then flattened it with a rolling pin. Place the dough in pizza pan, and then prick with a fork.
8. Give olive oil all over the surface of the dough so that it does not dry and hard after baking.
9. Add squid sauce, chicken sauce, sliced mushrooms, bell pepper and a sprinkling of cheese on top of the dough
10. Bake in oven at a temperature of 180’C for 30 minutes.
11. Serve while warm

Bolognaise Ingredients:
1. 2 cloves
garlic, finely chopped
2. 1/2 onion, finely chopped
3. 200 grams of ground beef
4. 2 tomatoes, remove seeds and skin, finely chopped
5. 60 grams of tomato sauce
6. 1.5 tsp. of salt
7. 1 tsp. of ground pepper
8. 1.5 tbsp. of sugar
9. 150 ml of water
10. 2 tbsp. of oil
Topping Ingredients:
1. 4 pieces of sausage,
cut into small

How to Make Pizza Cheese Original:
1.
Make bolognaise sauce by sautéing garlic and onion until fragrant.
Add ground beef, tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and sugar. Then add
water and cook, once cooked set aside.
2. Make pizza dough by mixing the flour, sugar, yeast, and
milk powder. Add a little ice water while stirring until smooth.

Add white butter and salt. Let it stand for 30 minutes.
4. Divide the dough into 3 parts. Shape into a round. Let
stand for 10 minutes.
5. Grind the dough into flat round shape, then prick by a
fork. Let stand for 30 minutes until fluffy.
6. Put into the oven by a temperature of 190 degrees
Celsius for 10 minutes.
7. Give bolognaise sauce and set pieces of sausage on its
top. Then sprinkle cheese.
8. Oven again in 190 degrees temperature for 7 minutes until
cooked.
9. Serve
